Dick Romans is a washed up TV host whose wife walks out on him the day before their ten year anniversary celebration. Alone with his thoughts, his dog, and a ton of booze, Dick decides to go through with the week-long party... by himself. The seven event-filled days become Dick's reluctant vision quest, filled with odd characters, awkward romance, and some long-overdue self examination.

"The Week" tells the story, as the title suggests, of seven days. Each day has its own main character which is named after the day. There are seven different stories which are not connected to each other. Montag (Monday) is a young, hopeless man without a job. This monday he saves a woman from being raped... Dienstag (Tuesday) wants to run away from our hectic, commercial world and tries to find his way in the woods... Mittwoch (Wednesday) is a drug dealer who wants to do his last job... Donnerstag (Thursday) is homeless and lives on the street. All his hope is gone until a girl comes by... Freitag (Friday) works in a movie theater and secretly loves her co-worker Peter... Samstag (Saturday) is left by his girlfriend Gianna and now for the first time realizes how much he has loved her... Sonntag (Sunday) tells us what happened to the remaining characters and draws a conclusion...

In this small town, you're bound to run into the same people every now and then. Or everyday. Jared and Brynn have broken up and are both moving on. Until the annual jelly-making competition brings out the worst...and the best in both of them.

What if you knew your newest addition could suddenly be subtracted? Your bundle of joy no longer yours. Would you name her? Paint her room? Bond with her? The creators of Teen Mom, 16 & Pregnant, and Jersey Shore turn their hit-making docu-reality lens onto the subject of adoption. The series tracks the emotional journey with a primary focus on an agonizing period, unknown to most people but common to many adoptions, where the birth mom has the option to take her child back from the prospective adoptive family. Each episode follows a new case from both the birth mom and adoptive couple's perspective as they struggle with their decisions leading up to and throughout the 'waiting period,' until finally one or the other family will call the baby theirs. No matter what the outcome, each story is an emotional rollercoaster where compelling real life characters will share their hopes & fears, and heartache & joy with us.

The satirical panel show with a standup twist is back! Dara Ó Briain hosts as two teams of top comedians battle to poke fun at the week's news.
